The whole flower, in detail.
In preparation Not on sale yet.
The free self-screening asks ten questions. The advanced self-assessment will ask thirty-five — five for each petal and five for the story in the middle — and turn your answers into a written report you can keep.
What it will include
- 35 questions, seven areas.Starting, time, focus, organisation, finishing, overwhelm — and the story you tell yourself about them.
- A written pattern report. Each area explained in plain language: how the pattern tends to show up, what makes it worse, what tends to help.
- Personal next steps.Practical suggestions and the DopaFix books and tools that match your strongest patterns.
- Yours to keep and share.A clean report you can save, print or bring to a healthcare professional as a starting point for a conversation.
What it won't be
It won't be a diagnosis, a clinical test or a medical assessment, and it won't replace one. Only a qualified healthcare professional can assess ADHD.
